Transformative African Leadership

Decisions made without context rarely hold. Pressure exposes the gap.
In complex environments, results depend on how data, research, and operational realities are interpreted together.
The challenge is not access to information, but applying it with sound judgement. Through collaboration between four African institutions, TAL brings together research, policy insight, and practical experience to strengthen how outcomes are shaped.

Transformative African Leadership

Leadership is not exercised in isolation; it is shaped within institutions.

Nominate a Leader

The leaders shaping Africa’s future are not always the most visible.
Many are already building institutions, leading teams, and solving complex
challenges, but they are not always the first to put themselves forward for
opportunities like this.
TAL’s Nominate a Leader campaign is designed to help identify professionals already
creating impact across business, government and civil society.
If someone comes to mind, put them forward.
Share this post with them or tag them on @TALJourney’s nomination post.
