IDS held its first seminar of the year on 25th January 2024. The Speaker was Dr. Moses Muriithi, a Researcher at the Institute of Development Studies as well as a lecturer of Economics at the Department of Economics and Development Studies, University of Nairobi.

The AMID Young Professional Programme is a collaborative one-year training program between Radboud University, the Netherlands, and the Institute for Development Studies (IDS), University of Nairobi. The program is currently accredited as an advanced Master by the NVAO.
